Transfer manager
It is a major concern of the Institute of Psychology to ensure the best possible practical orientation for students during their academic education. Students can gain an insight into professional practice through various application-oriented offers from the Institute and get to know professional perspectives at first hand through direct contact with external practitioners. Furthermore, the application and linking of knowledge acquired in an academic context is to be promoted.
The transfer manager is responsible for the coordination and planning of this transfer between science and practice at the Institute of Psychology and serves as a contact person for all concerns.
The transfer manager ensures the continuity and sustainability of existing services and ensures their structural development according to the needs of the students. This is based on findings from accompanying scientific research on student satisfaction and the evaluation of the services offered.
During office hours, students can make individual appointments for practical advice (in Germany and abroad). The aim is to offer a complementary advisory service with the degree program manager, who provides advice on all career-related questions, including study visits abroad.
