Psychosocial Counseling Center

The Psychosocial Counseling Center for Students (PSB) of the Studentenwerk Osnabrück is an open service that is available to all students of Osnabrück University, Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, the University of Vechta or the Private University of Applied Sciences for Business and Technology in Vechta or Diepholz if required. Eleven therapeutic staff members offer counseling sessions in individual and group sessions.

In personal conflict situations, e.g. exam nerves, learning difficulties, loneliness or lack of contact, problems with parents, problems with one's own young family, physical discomfort, stress with a boyfriend or girlfriend, feelings of sadness, self-doubt or anxiety, alcohol, drugs and other addictions or other worries and needs, students can have a clarifying conversation at the PSB.

Counseling sessions are strictly confidential and free of charge for those seeking help.

Further information and contact details can be found on the homepage of the  Psychosocial Counseling Center.
