Recognition of courses abroad

Semester abroad as part of your studies
Period of study What do you need to do?
4-6 months before application Research possible courses abroad yourself
3-4 months before application Consultation with  the program manager
2-3 months before application Arrange recognition with the responsible department head by e-mail (information on module content and examination formats is required)
1-2 months before application

Preparation of a  Learning Agreement BEFORE Mobility (only for ERASMUS!) Study Recognition Agreement (only for non-European countries!)
STAY ABROAD
1st-3rd week of the stay  Learning Agreement DURING Mobility (only for ERASMUS!)
Shortly after your return

Recognition, see the  forms of the examination office

Necessary documents:

  • transcript of records
  • Detailed course description/ module handbook
  • Completed mobility form
  • Learning Agreement (only for ERASMUS!)
  • informal recognition email from FG management
  • transcript of records
  • Grading scale of the foreign university
