Content:
Effective communication is the key to turning conflicts into opportunities. In this seminar, you will learn more about the role of values, personality traits and individual preferences in conflicts. You will learn strategies to become more aware of your own values, personality traits and preferences, as well as those of others. Your increased awareness of self and others can then be used to apply communication strategies more effectively to become more assertive, rather than passive or aggressive, and to work through conflicts using clear, authentic communication. Situational role plays will focus on building effective communication strategies for one-on-one conflicts and strategies to improve communication in meetings, creating an environment that reduces the likelihood of conflict occurring.
