We will go through the Brussels Ia Regulation (EuGVVO) as the single most important EU instrument on civil judicial cooperation at quite some level of detail. The European Commission has adopted a report on the application of the Regulation on 2 June 2025.
This report, which highlights a number of areas that could be the subject matter of future amendments, will be incorporated into the presentation of the features of the Regulation.
